Discount offerings cannot be combined.
Group and Team Discount: (minimum group size of 12) Early fee will apply.

| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
Cancellation by camper: If camper is unable to attend camp for any reason, Camp will refund in full any fees paid. No refunds or pro-rated adjustments are made for late arrivals, early departures or dismissals. The Camp reserves the right to dismiss any camper for disruptive behavior or misconduct.
Cancellation by Camp: The Camp reserves the right to cancel any camp week(s) by refunding amounts paid in full for cancelled week(s). |

| Medical History: |
Camper's Medical History and Immunization Dates must be filled in on Camp Application before mailing.
Campers who do not have completed Medical History on Application will not be allowed to participate. |
